I have had experience at other restaurants as cook and wait staff, so I know the entire restaurant business. Additionally, I spent three years as a union construction worker, so I know how to treat employees to create loyalty. At Red Pepper Grill we promote from within to build a staff that takes pleasure in serving because they are respected and esteemed by us as another branch of our family.
We can serve up 70 customers at any time in an intimate setting of tables and booths, with a small patio for the beautiful California weather. Our menu includes a selection of Mexican/Californian fare at reasonable prices, with a good selection of domestic and imported beers and wines.
